We always like to be ahead of the next makeup trends so with that in mind we have put together some of the top looks that were seen on the spring 2015 catwalks so you can start experimenting now!
Perfect Plum
Plum shades have been everywhere over the autumn winter months and they were also a favourite on the spring 2015 catwalks. Plum lips are wearable for both the day and night, choose a glossy lipstick for day-wear and make more of an impact with a matte lip for a night out. For a bit of a twist on the plum trend why not try covering your eyelids with a sparkly burgundy shade for your evening out on the town.
Dramatic Black Eyes
Black eyeliner will never go out of fashion and is a makeup staple for many. The runways were full of retro cat eye liner worn on the upper lid for a clean and stylish look that is ideal for day wear. Experiment with your liner and try tight lining all the way around your eyes using liquid eye liner to give maximum impact. Of course this look is best suited to the evening; take a look at the model that rocked this look at the Diesel show.
Bold Red Lips
When they weren’t wearing lip balm, spring’s models were rocking classic red lips. Bright pillar box shades were spotted everywhere. For a bit more of a modern take on this look try sporting matte orange red lips, which is actually surprisingly easy to wear. For a long lasting colour fill your lips in using your lip pencil first before layering on the lipstick in a saturated colour.
Brown Eyed Girls.
Brown is no longer seen as dull and boring. It ranges from cool taupe shades to dark chocolate-y bronze, and everything in between. This is a very versatile look as it is easy to find a shade which will suit your skin tone. Why not go taupe for the office and bronze for after work?
